Teach Arizona is a one-year master’s degree program for people who have a bachelor’s degree and wish to become middle or high school teachers (grades 6-12) in the areas of math, science, social studies, English and world languages. Teach Arizona students take the coursework together as a cohort -- beginning each summer and culminating with commencement the following May. One benefit of the program is that students are able to intern in the public schools for a full school year. Students in Teach Arizona may also apply for Arizona Teachers Academy funding to cover the full cost of tuition.
