There are two parts to the conference registration process:
Eventbrite (Registration)
Review the conference information and select “Get tickets” Click here: MEAD 2025 Eventbrite
Review the ticket options and choose your ticket type (e.g. In-Person or Virtual)
Conference Speakers should select the Speaker Ticket ONLY .
Select Check out (for those educators outside of AZ, you can pay directly in Eventbrite)
Enter the required information and select Register. Now that you have your MEAD ticket, you will not have to return to Eventbrite for this event!
A confirmation email will be sent to your email address and you will be redirected to the conference platform (Sched).
Sched (Conference Platform)
After Eventbrite, you should be immediately redirected here, to set up your account and profile using the same email address that you used in Eventbrite. If you do not have a ticket immediately, you may have to wait a few minutes for a welcome email from Sched, so please check your Spam folder and Google Promotions tab just in case.
If you have used Sched before, but can’t remember your password, go to Sched.com, type in your email, and request to reset your password. Make sure to use the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS that you used in Eventbrite so that your ticket transfers!
Add notifications@sched.com and math-crr@arizona.edu to your contacts so messages are not blocked!
Once logged in at Sched, click on the Schedule tab to view the available sessions. For complete details on setting up your account and personalized agenda, visit the Sched Guide for Attendees. **NOTE: Your selection of an In-Person or Virtual ticket in Eventbrite will limit your session selection options accordingly!
SCHEDULE: Filter by Type, Grade-band, Content Area, Time, and Virtual/In-Person to help identify the sessions you want to attend. We highly recommend you start filtering by grade-band to help focus on your areas of interest.
Once you have selected your sessions, see your schedule by hovering over your profile picture and selecting “My Schedule”. From there, you can choose to print or email yourself a copy of your schedule.
For complete details on setting up your account and personalized agenda, visit the Sched Guide for Attendees!
**NOTE that session capacity is limited to 30 participants in-person and 45 participants online. However, everyone is invited to attend the live-streamed keynote address which is pinned to your schedule. Stay tuned after the keynote to meet the winners of the Excellence and Resiliency in Mathematics Teaching Awards!
Hover your cursor over your profile picture and select Settings. Once there, be sure to turn on and receive email announcements and updates from the organizers.
